Google requires a short video to confirm your business is real and operating. This video is private and only reviewed by Google.

    Use your phone: Google prefers verification videos recorded on a mobile device.

    Without stopping the recording, walk inside your workspace.
    Show:

    • Shipping or packaging materials
    • Equipment used to run the business

  5. 📦 Step 4 — Show Business Evidence
    Show physical proof that your business exists.
    Examples:
    • Products or product samples
    • Packaging supplies
    • Printed labels or branding
    • Photography or production setup
    • Order packing or inventory materials
  6. 🔑 Step 5 — Show Proof You Manage The Business
    Google wants proof that YOU control the business.
    You can show:
    • Unlocking workspace door or cabinet
    • Logging into business email
    • Logging into business website dashboard
    • Showing invoices, shipping labels, or orders
    • Showing tools used to run the business
  7. 📤 Step 6 — Submit The Video
    When finished:
    1) Stop recording
    2) Review video to make sure everything is clear
    3) Tap: Upload Video
