By working with Fyffe Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a positive working relationship.

Project Scope

All services, pricing, and deliverables will be clearly outlined before the project begins. Any additions or revisions beyond the original scope may require updated pricing or timelines.

Communication & Collaboration

We collaborate openly to bring your vision to life. Clear communication, timely feedback, and mutual respect ensure the best results. You’re always working with a real person, not just software.

Payments & Deposits

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Fyffe Media retains rights to original working files, AI prompts, or base assets used during production. You will receive the final deliverables for your use, as outlined in your project terms.

Revisions & Approval

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions, which will be specified in your agreement. Additional changes may be subject to extra charges. Final approval signifies project completion and acceptance.

Cancellations

If a project is canceled after work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply based on time and resources used up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Respect & Boundaries

Fyffe Media maintains a positive, respectful environment. We reserve the right to decline or end projects that involve abusive behavior, inappropriate content, or ethical concerns.
